Centre Manager

We are seeking a Centre Manager to lead our team at Eden Academy Seaford. As a Centre Manager, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing environment for children, leading a team of educators, and ensuring the centre meets the highest standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of educators to provide high-quality care and education to children
- Develop and implement educational programs that meet the needs of children
- Ensure the centre meets the National Quality Standards and the Early Years Learning Framework
- Manage the centre's resources and budget
- Build relationships with families and the local community

About You:
- A Diploma in Early Childhood Education or an ACECQA-approved equivalent
- A current Working with Children Check
- A strong understanding of the EYLF and National Quality Standards
- Australian working rights
