About the Role

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop sophisticated logic models, evaluation, and performance measurement frameworks, monitoring, and evaluation plans, questionnaires, and other tools to evaluate complex programmes.
  • Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to inform evaluation planning and reporting activities.
  • Foster collaborative and productive relationships with internal and external evaluation stakeholders.
  • Support the development of high-quality evaluation reports that provide actionable insights on programme effectiveness.
  • Share data-driven insights and use lessons learnt from evaluation reporting to inform future programme design.
  • Create and review content that contributes to a culture of continuous improvement in monitoring and evaluation.
  • Work across internal stakeholders to drive process improvements for data collection and reporting.
