Job Title: Channel Partner Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to drive innovation and market growth in the APAC region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze opportunities for customer acquisition, category growth, and customer success through effective reseller partnerships.
  • Develop localized strategies and programs that cater to regional needs.
  • Collaborate with channel partners to achieve quarterly business objectives.
  • Design and execute local sales strategies with managed partners.
  • Track and communicate key metrics to regional and global partner executive teams.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to drive demand generation activities and support sales performance.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in business development or partnerships at a SaaS company or major technology hardware vendor.
  • Experience driving early stage product adoption leveraging ecosystems and channel partnerships.
  • Strong program management skills to manage competing projects and maintain stakeholder engagement.
  • Strategic thinking to develop long-term plans and set corresponding targets.
  • Negotiation skills to understand push and pull factors in the channels space.
  • Ability to create multi-region, cross-functional relationships to lead projects successfully.
  • Data analysis skills to develop business plans, understand customers, and analyze program effectiveness.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Professional working fluency in Korean to support Commercial market expansion opportunities.
