Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled professional to support our IT operations team, ensuring seamless service delivery with our strategic partner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Investigate, document and escalate issues using a detective mindset to ensure they are driven to completion.
  • Manage escalations and monitor priority incidents to guarantee optimal service levels that reflect a genuine user experience.
  • Conduct audits of incidents, service requests and problem tasks to verify alignment with governance standards.
  • Foster collaboration by facilitating meetings to align on business dependencies and operational needs while holding stakeholders accountable when issues arise.
  • Review and update IT channels like Teams, Confluence and network folders to ensure usability and relevance.
  • Approve access requests based on staff role and security levels.
Requirements
  • A background in IT service management or IT Service Desk Support/coordination is required.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify root causes and track resolutions are essential.
  • Experience working in outsourced or service provider environments with a focus on governance and reporting is highly desirable.
  • Good communication skills to engage stakeholders and navigate challenging conversations are necessary.
  • A proactive and detail-oriented mindset with a passion for driving operational improvements is required.
