Lead Restaurant Team Member

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to join our restaurant management team as a Lead Restaurant Team Member. This is a hands-on role where you will assist the General Manager in creating an energetic and positive work environment for all Team Members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the General Manager in managing daily operations
  • Engage, lead and motivate Team Members
  • Provide exceptional Customer service skills
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve sales and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Demonstrable leadership skills
  • Experience in Quick Service Restaurant or hospitality industry
  • Proven ability to engage, lead and motivate Team Members
  • Exceptional Customer service skills
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and interpersonal
  • Must hold a valid driver's license
  • Must have competent computer skills
