Drive-Thru Restaurant Leadership Role

We are seeking a talented and experienced individual to lead our Drive-Thru restaurant team. As a senior manager, you will be responsible for driving engagement and results with your team, owning operations, growing your crew, and keeping the numbers in check.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Way: Inspire and motivate your team of 20–50 staff members to achieve exceptional results.
  • Own the Ops: Manage rostering, recruitment, stock, and compliance with support from your Area Manager.
  • Grow Your Crew: Help your team thrive with regular check-ins, performance reviews, and development plans.
  • Keep the Numbers in Check: Manage profit & loss, budgets, and KPIs to ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • A proven track record of success in managing teams and driving results.
