
Site Operations Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Administrator to support the seamless operation of our wind farms and wider sites.
You'll be part of a high-performing team in a fast-paced, autonomous environment based in our site office, where your organisational skills and attention to detail will be highly valued.
This is a 14-month contract opportunity to take on new challenges and develop your career.
Key Responsibilities:
- Raise and maintain site-based Purchase Orders and purchase records
- Process incoming site related invoices and ensure timely payment to vendors
- Ordering of site PPE, Office supplies, and kitchen items
- Maintain accurate site records and registers
- Onboard new vendors and maintain vendor data in our systems
- Minimum 5 years' experience providing administrative and management support
- Advanced MS Office skills, particularly Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
- SAP knowledge or similar ERP systems (desirable)
- Project management experience and high organisational and planning skills
- Customer invoicing and accounts receivable experience
- Able to work autonomously and take initiative
- International business environment experience
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Professional approach to all activities
