We are seeking an organized and communicative individual to fill this role.

Key Responsibilities include:
Main Tasks- Provide top-notch customer service by answering phone calls, greeting clients and carers, and speaking with clients and their families regarding our services.
- Collect compliance items from carers, keep employee information up to date, and liaise with all office staff.
- Assist the Rostering Department with scheduling tasks when required and perform other administrative duties as directed by management.
A successful candidate will have experience in a similar role, be proficient in standard computer programs, and have the ability to learn new programs quickly. Excellent communication skills, empathy, and the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team are also essential.
