Role Summary

Ambrose Construct Group is a leader in insurance repairs across Australia, dedicated to providing exceptional customer satisfaction and quality workmanship on every repair.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review quotes, estimates, and assessment reports for accuracy, formatting, and grammar.
  • Submit documents to insurers within required timeframes.
  • Liaise with building supervisors and internal teams to amend or finalise documents.
  • Manage updates across internal and client systems to ensure alignment with key performance indicators.
  • Communicate with other team members to resolve problems.
  • Provide feedback to estimators/supervisors when errors occur to improve document quality.
Requirements
  • A confident communicator with strong verbal and written skills.
  • Proficient in computer and Microsoft Office applications.
  • A team player who thrives in a KPI-driven environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt quickly to process changes.
  • Reliable with a good work ethic.
  • Experience in reading scopes of work (desirable).
