We are seeking compassionate and skilled professionals to join our team as Palliative Care Support Workers, providing in-home care and community access. This is an opportunity to work in a supportive environment where you can grow professionally and make a real impact.

The role involves supporting participants with palliative care needs in Palmwoods and North Brisbane regions. Various shifts are available to accommodate the 24/7 care requirements of our clients.

To be successful in this position, you will require:

  • A Certificate III in Disability, Individual Support or Aged Care (or equivalent)
  • Prior experience supporting individuals with Motor Neurone Disease or similar illnesses is highly desirable
  • Experience in meal management plans and manual handling/peg feeding would be advantageous
  • Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
  • A kind, caring and committed approach to your work
  • Certification in First Aid and CPR
  • A Blue Card / NDIS Worker Screening Card
  • A valid Driver's License
