The Role

As Operations Manager, you will lead our Distribution Centre team and work closely with key stakeholders to meet KPI obligations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate outstanding leadership to ensure the safety of all team members.
  • Oversee efficient warehouse labour resourcing and execution through effective operations management.
  • Identify opportunities for operational efficiency improvements and implement solutions to maintain high performance and productivity.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service according to service level agreements and engage proactively with customers.
  • Sustain a positive company culture and contribute to senior leadership development as part of our leadership team.
  • Provide leadership and ensure that all contractual obligations are met or exceeded.

About You:

  • Minimum 2 years of operational management experience in logistics/DC environments.
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
  • Certificate III in Logistics and Transport (preferred).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strengths in Change Management and a willingness to learn.
  • Competent in analytical reporting.
  • Proven experience in exceptional leadership and proactive planning.
