Distribution Services Manager

We are a logistics company that delivers solutions to complex challenges faced by top brands.

  • Manage distribution product for the branch, seeking new opportunities and cooperating with sales to turn them into profitable business.
  • Prepare and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure efficient operations.
  • Analyze client profitability and provide necessary information to accounting to produce monthly client P&L reports.
  • Develop local supplier/vendor bases to ensure flexibility in service offerings.
  • Supervise and manage distribution office and warehouse personnel, determining work procedures and expediting workflow.
  • Train and develop individuals within the department, focusing on their personal growth goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Five years of direct experience in a similar position, with a comprehensive knowledge of warehouse operations and management skills.
  • Ability to give and receive innovative feedback, interface and communicate effectively, and foster a cohesive team environment.
