Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Digital Banking Transformation Specialist to join our team on a major project with a leading financial institution. In this role, you will work closely with senior analysts to gather and document business requirements.
- Support senior analysts in gathering and documenting business requirements.
- Assist with process mapping, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 1-2 years' experience as a Business Analyst, with exposure to banking or financial services projects.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders.
- Some experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Visio, or similar would be advantageous.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Work directly with one of Australia's Big 4 banks on digital projects.
- Be mentored by senior Business Analysts in a supportive team.
- Enjoy a hybrid working arrangement with three days per week in the office.
