**The Company**

**The Opportunity**
The Human Resources Coordinator's primary role purpose is to collaboratively support and assist the Total Eyecare Group leaders in undertaking and implementing HR processes in their areas of responsibility including (but not limited to) recruitment, ongoing development, policy interpretation and retention of high performing teams across all areas of the Total Eyecare Group.

This PT role is integral in maintaining a strong 'continuous improvement' approach, ensuring consistent review, implementation, and operation of best practice across all function responsibilities of the role. It is envisaged that the role would be 3 days per week, or same hours across 5 days. Key accountabilities include:

- HR support to Total Eyecare Group
- Job Analysis & Design
- Recruitment and onboarding of new practice staff
- Assisting managers with performance management and reviews
- Coordination of staff rosters in collaboration with Operations Manager
- Lead and assist to maintain a strong and positive culture
- Maintain policy updates as required
- Completion of WHS administrative tasks and injury management processes when required

**About You**
This is an outstanding opportunity for a human resource professional to utilise their skills and knowledge collaboratively to support the leadership team, and the Total Eyecare Group. Specifically, you will be able to demonstrate:

- Certified or Tertiary qualification in Human Resources
- High level of IT literacy including MS Office, and capability to administer HR platforms and system
- Capacity to complete tasks within the required deadlines and Total Eyecare Group timeframe as required
- Excellent communication skills, ability to collaborate effectively with high diligence and the ability to work as part of a team.
- The ability to be a solution finder and display a 'can do' attitude and think outside the square
