About this Infrastructure Project

This is an exciting opportunity to work on major TMR projects as a key member of our infrastructure delivery team. As a Site Engineer, you will be instrumental in supporting the successful completion of projects by ensuring all technical, contractual, and quality aspects are met.

Key responsibilities include day-to-day site operations management, interpretation and application of project specifications, monitoring subcontractor performance, and ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and quality requirements.

You will also assist with material procurement, coordinate deliveries and site logistics, provide accurate progress reporting, and support cost control efforts. Additionally, you will collaborate with project engineers and supervisors to resolve technical issues and ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required standard.

To succeed in this role, you will need strong knowledge of TMR specifications and QA processes, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, and a proactive and solution-focused mindset.

Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
  • Proven experience in a similar role within TMR or major road infrastructure projects
  • Strong knowledge of TMR specifications and QA processes
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • A proactive and solution-focused mindset
