Project Manager Role

We are seeking an experienced project manager to oversee the delivery of a high-impact infrastructure project in Queensland.

This is a full-time, permanent opportunity based on a FIFO roster from Brisbane to the Surat Basin, with a focus on delivering essential energy and infrastructure solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To manage project engineering from mobilisation to completion, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • To develop and maintain construction schedules, trackers, and forecasts, identifying and mitigating any risks.
  • To manage subcontracts and procurement processes, maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • To interpret drawings, specs, and plans, resolving any technical issues that may arise.
  • To monitor project risks, costs, and compliance across safety, quality, and environment, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • To work closely with the engineering team, site staff, and other stakeholders, providing mentorship and coordination as required.

Requirements:

  • Degree in engineering or equivalent.
  • 2+ years' experience in construction, oil & gas, or civil infrastructure.
  • Familiarity with HDPE, pipeline, or lease work is preferred but not essential.
  • Strong planning, communication, and site coordination skills.
  • A solutions-focused mindset and collaborative working style.
  • High attention to detail, especially around compliance and reporting.
