Water Management Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Water Management Specialist to join our team. As a Hydrogeologist, you will play a key role in enhancing our capabilities and reputation in mine water management.

\

Your work will involve collaborating with talented professionals on complex projects, driving future-ready outcomes that benefit clients and communities. You will be responsible for providing comprehensive assessments of groundwater resources, as well as practical engineering solutions for mining projects.

Key responsibilities include:

\
  • \
  • Undertake hydrogeological assessments, including site investigations, data interpretation, and groundwater conceptualizations\
  • Provide technical expertise and experience in groundwater investigations, management, and impact assessment\
  • Develop groundwater assessments and draft technical reports\
  • Closely work with clients to understand their challenges and provide trusted advice\
  • Collaborate with a diverse team of hydrogeologists, engineers, and environmental specialists\
  • Conduct site experience with hydrogeological investigations, dewatering operations, monitoring programs, drill supervision, and/or water sampling\
  • Develop skills in groundwater modeling\
  • Be willing to undertake fieldwork on an ad hoc basis\

About You

We're looking for a qualified professional with:

  • Bachelor's degree in Geoscience or Environmental Sciences\
  • 2-5+ years of professional hydrogeological experience (comparable experience considered)\
  • Proven experience in consulting or the mining industry\
  • Valid Australian driver's license\
