Expertise in Water Resource Management

We are seeking a skilled Water Resources Expert to enhance our capabilities and reputation.

This is an opportunity to collaborate with talented professionals working on iconic projects to drive future-ready outcomes that benefit clients and communities.

  • Conduct assessments, including modelling, mapping, flood mitigation design, and risk assessments.
  • Develop existing Mine Water group capability in stormwater management and flood studies (in both mining and urban environments).
  • Support water management-related studies and investigations from pre-feasibility through to detailed design.
  • Collaborate with teams across hydrogeology, geotechnical, civil, and environmental disciplines.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in civil or environmental engineering or a related field with a strong focus on hydrology and hydraulics.
  • 3+ years' experience in water engineering, ideally with exposure to the mining or resources sector.
  • Technical capability in water balance modelling, flood studies, and drainage design.
  • Display an aptitude or proficiency with hydraulic and flood modelling software (e.g. HEC-RAS, TUFLOW, and MIKE).
