Strategic Growth Leader

We are seeking a visionary leader to drive the growth of our company and propel us towards becoming a leading force in data-driven theatre both in Scotland and internationally.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience as a senior manager, producer or company director, with a proven track record of creating and developing successful and sustainable projects or products. They will be able to develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for growth, leveraging their financial management skills and expertise in stakeholder engagement.

As a key member of our team, the Strategic Growth Leader will work closely with our Artistic Director/CEO and Board to identify opportunities for expansion and develop effective partnerships to drive business growth. They will also be responsible for maintaining a robust network of stakeholders and partners, ensuring that our organization remains at the forefront of innovation and progress.
