Job Opportunity for Customer Service Manager
We are seeking an experienced retail professional to join our management team as a Customer Service Manager. This is a leadership role that requires a strong understanding of customer service and sales, with the ability to motivate and guide team members to achieve excellence in these areas.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and coaching team members to deliver the same
  • Managing the success of team members on a regular basis and setting goals and targets
  • Working with the team to ensure the store is always well presented, tidy and engaging for customers
  • Resolving complaints and queries in a professional manner
  • Maintaining a focus on zero harm and ensuring the safety of customers and team members

The successful candidate will have:

  • Experience in a retail environment with a proven track record of delivering excellent customer service and leading teams to achieve results
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and coach team members
  • A passion for fashion and apparel, with a keen eye for detail and visual merchandising
  • A commitment to maintaining a safe working environment and upholding the company's values and policies
