This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR professional to join our team as the HR Consultant. You will be reporting to our company directors and working closely with various department heads and team leaders to manage all recruitment needs.

As an HR Consultant, you will provide administrative support with a focus on employee relations, training and performance development, and managing recruitment, interview and general HR needs.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Maintaining HR systems and folders, including data entry and processing
  • Providing advice on personnel issues
  • General management and office duties
  • Working with Team Leads to conduct performance reviews
  • Managing on-boarding, internal changes and off-boarding, sales bonus letters, allowances and general personnel management
  • Recruitment of various roles, including Operations and IT Development
  • Internal and External activity management
  • Generating all employment contracts and internal employee letters

We are looking for a skilled and experienced HR professional who has a strong background in recruitment and administration. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience in recruitment in a different field, which is essential
  • A high level of attention to detail and a good understanding of HR practice to deliver professional results
  • Experience in an admin-based role in a dynamic and professional environment
  • At least 3 years' experience in an HR or related administrative role, preferably in IT Development
  • High attention to detail, especially when working at a fast pace
  • Experience in liaising with recruiters both internally and externally and working with various stakeholders
  • The ability to work independently with initiative as well as being part of an efficient and vibrant team
  • Proficiency in using various software, including MS Office Suite, Xero and MYOB

Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
