We are in the rapidly evolving world of payments, and we're seeking an HR Operations Specialist to join our dynamic People & Culture team.

The estimated salary for this role is $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience and location.

Job Description

This role involves providing efficient and effective HR administrative and process support to the P&C team and all business stakeholders. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the P&C inbox and coordinating the distribution of workload to the team as appropriate
  • Assisting with troubleshooting employee enquiries relating to P&C related systems
  • Maintaining accurate people-related data within P&C related systems

Additionally, you will provide end-to-end onboarding support, including creating positions, issuing employment contracts, and processing required background checks.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need strong administrative skills with at least two years' experience in a similar position, preferably in a rapidly changing environment.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to liaise with a wide range of stakeholders
  • Exceptional service delivery ethic, with the proven ability to consistently follow processes end to end
  • High attention to detail
  • Intermediate to advanced skills across Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
