This role supports the Quality Assurance Team in conducting Dealership Service Evaluations to assess service quality and performance across Australia and New Zealand.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough evaluations of dealership service quality and performance.
- Identify and report critical issues, ensuring timely follow-up on corrective actions.
- Analyze customer satisfaction data using Net Promoter Score (NPS) metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement improvement measures.
- Maintain detailed records and prepare comprehensive reports using Excel and other data analysis tools.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in business administration.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in sales, preferably within the automotive industry.
- Proficient in data analysis software, particularly Microsoft Excel.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to travel frequently within Australia and New Zealand.
