About the Role:- Develop and maintain HSE policies and procedures
- Design, review, update, and delivery of training packages, including assessment and recommendations of development needs
- Coach, train, and advise managers on HSE issues and equip them with the appropriate HSE tools and knowledge to effectively lead and manage their teams
- Conduct regular workplace inspections and audits and monitor compliance
