About the Role:
  • Develop and maintain HSE policies and procedures
  • Design, review, update, and delivery of training packages, including assessment and recommendations of development needs
  • Coach, train, and advise managers on HSE issues and equip them with the appropriate HSE tools and knowledge to effectively lead and manage their teams
  • Conduct regular workplace inspections and audits and monitor compliance
  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge and understanding of current legislative requirements and ensure these requirements are applied effectively in the workplace
About You:
  • Cert IV in WHS
  • Cert IV in Training and Assessing
  • ICAM Lead Investigator Training and Certification in Workplace and Auditing
  • Previous experience in a similar role, working in high-risk safety environments
  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of current legislative requirements
  • Ability to multi-task, be customer-focused with excellent problem-solving skills
  • Enthusiastic, hands-on approach
