Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated individual to join our parts team as a Warehouse Specialist. This role involves working collaboratively with the parts department and customer service team to achieve fill rate goals.
The successful candidate will be responsible for picking and packing parts according to issued pick lists, completing relevant documentation for shipping, and performing tasks assigned by management.
Additionally, they will locate inventory, update the ERP system accordingly, load trucks with finished goods, inspect outgoing shipments for damage during loading, and count inventory as required.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong attendance record, and physical fitness to handle goods and products manually.
They should also have experience working with minimal supervision, safe operation of forklifts and related equipment, and the ability to perform duties outside in adverse conditions.
