Warehouse Associate Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Warehouse Associate to join our Parts team at our Leongatha facility.

About the Position

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced warehouse environment and are eager to develop their skills in inventory management, order fulfillment, and customer service.

  • Collaborate with the parts department and customer service teams to achieve fill rate goals and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Pick, pack, and document parts according to issued lists for timely shipping, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all processes.
  • Perform various tasks assigned by management, including locating inventory, updating ERP system entries, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Load finished goods onto trucks and inspect outgoing shipments during loading for damage.
  • Conduct regular inventory counts to ensure inventory accuracy and prevent stock discrepancies.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety standards and company policies.
About You

To be successful in this role, you should possess effective communication skills, good attendance, and physical fitness to handle goods and products safely.

  • Experience working under minimal supervision is necessary, as well as the ability to operate forklifts and related equipment safely and efficiently.
  • You should also be able to perform duties outside in adverse conditions, such as inclement weather or extreme temperatures.
