As a Legal Advisor, you will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements including technology, supplier, logistics, and partnership contracts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements including technology, supplier, logistics, and partnership contracts.
- Provide practical and commercially relevant legal advice to internal stakeholders.
- Monitor and advise on regulatory compliance, including consumer law, privacy, spam laws, and listing obligations.
- Assist in developing and maintaining legal policies and risk frameworks.
- Manage external legal counsel and legal technology tools to ensure cost-effective and efficient support.
- Support with dispute resolution and regulatory communications when needed.
Experience and Skills Required:
- 3–5 years' post-qualification experience, ideally gained in-house or within a corporate practice.
- Strong commercial contract experience with the ability to balance legal risk and business outcomes.
- Familiarity with consumer law, privacy/data protection, and corporate governance.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
- Previous exposure to eCommerce, retail, or technology-driven environments is advantageous.
