Job Title: Senior Payroll Analyst

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to support our centralised payroll function and perform end to end payroll processing.

This role is based in Brisbane and involves running end to end payroll for 3,500+ across 6 entities. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Processing payroll requests promptly and accurately such as new hires, exits and changes
  • Running fortnightly payroll process, variance checks and reconciliation of EFT payments
  • Administering setup of new superannuation funds and reconciling payments
  • Reconciling payroll reports fortnightly after each payroll run and monthly

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Payroll, Accounting or similar
  • 10+ years experience in processing complex end to end payroll
  • Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team environment
Key Qualifications:
