Reporting through to a very highly experienced and supportive payroll manager, this role will give you the opportunity to develop your skills in a collaborative environment.Job DescriptionProcess end-to-end payroll for in line with relevant legislation and company policies.Maintain and update payroll records, including employee details, leave balances, and pay adjustments.Ensure timely and accurate processing of salaries, superannuation, and other entitlements.Interpret and apply relevant awards, enterprise agreements, and workplace legislation.Assist with payroll reconciliations, reporting, and audits as required.Respond to employee payroll queries in a timely and professional manner.The Successful ApplicantPrevious payroll experience managing a fortnightly pay runExposure to medium to large payroll systems.Experience with award interpretation is requiredAn in depth understanding of payroll legislation and processes.Exceptional communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.Ability to deal with high pressure and work to tight deadlines whilst working independently.What's on OfferCompetitive salary in-line with market and experience.Opportunity to contribute to significant projects within a large and evolving function.Access a spread of employee benefits.
