About This Role

The Initiative Lead is responsible for guiding the delivery of large-scale Digital initiatives that support the Everyday Banking Strategy.

This involves coordinating across various portfolios and stakeholders, including Digital, Technology, Customer Engagement and Everyday Banking Portfolio.

The successful candidate will have previous experience in leading, scoping and developing plans for large/complex/strategic pieces of work.

They will also have solid Project Management / Delivery Lead experience in a large organisation, as well as experience in executing business change and managing key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Developing plans covering objectives, scope, timelines and managing benefits tracking/realisation
  • Leading and managing the initiative 'backlog' to determine feasibility, value and retain visibility of delivery within key contributing squads
  • Coordinating across various tribes that are critical to the delivery of the initiative
  • Working closely with senior stakeholders, Tribe Performance Leads and Product Owners to manage strategic delivery dependencies across business and technology streams

The Initiative Lead will be accountable for ensuring timely decision-making, finding the best path for delivery and collaborating closely with senior leaders and relevant stakeholders to ensure buy-in and alignment with initiative goals.

This is a full-time role located at Docklands VIC 3008.
