About the Role

As a Strategic Change Leader, you will oversee and execute comprehensive change management initiatives across multiple portfolios.

You will collaborate closely with senior leaders, technical experts, partners, and cross-functional teams to embed new operational methods, enhance change capabilities, and ensure successful digital, information, and cyber security projects.

  • Developing and delivering strategic change plans and outcomes for complex digital transformation initiatives
  • Collaborating with our Enterprise Communications team to develop communication strategies and deliver effective messaging for associated projects
  • Ensuring alignment of project delivery and plans with established frameworks and methodologies across change and project execution
  • Partnering with stakeholders to assess end-user impacts, manage engagement, and deliver tailored communications
  • Supporting training and learning interventions to embed new skills and competencies
  • Coaching leaders and advancing change maturity across the Digital & Cyber Security divisions
  • Facilitating a culture of curiosity, care, and connection through feedback and collaboration
What You Will Bring to the Role
  • 5+ years of experience in strategic change leadership within technical or digital environments
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects across cyber security or ICT domains (Cyber experience highly valued)
  • Strong understanding of change management frameworks (e.g., PROSCI) and stakeholder engagement principles
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives, simplify complexity, and communicate effectively
  • A collaborative mindset and passion for driving sustainable, people-centric change
