
Client Service Operations Coordinator

Key to the success of our operations is a skilled professional who can oversee cleaning services across various sites.
About the Role
This position offers an exceptional opportunity to build strong relationships with clients, staff, and contractors while using administrative and technical skills to manage service delivery. You will be responsible for daily site inspections and client interactions, utilizing Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint for communication and reporting.
You will also be responsible for supporting stock control and equipment ordering, learning internal accounting systems for tasks like timesheets, invoicing, and costing, and proactively resolving client issues and maintaining high service standards.
Promote additional services to increase account value, coach and support frontline cleaning staff, and learn internal quality cleaning standards and procedures, products, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Daily travel between client sites (company vehicle provided)
Build strong relationships with clients, staff, and contractors
Conduct regular site inspections and client check-ins
Utilize Microsoft Office software for communication and reporting
Support stock control and equipment ordering
Learn internal accounting systems for tasks like timesheets, invoicing, and costing
Proactively resolve client issues and maintain high service standards
Promote additional services to increase account value
Coach and support frontline cleaning staff
Full training provided in internal quality cleaning standards and procedures, products, and compliance.
