The Role

  • Contribute to development efforts by applying your experience to build and enhance solutions within the Dynamics 365 and Power Platform ecosystem.
  • Embrace learning and innovation by demonstrating curiosity and a growth mindset as you explore and master Dynamics 365 XRM, PowerApps, Power Automate, and Azure technologies.
  • Support secure and compliant solutions by developing a strong awareness of security standards, ensuring systems are robust, compliant, and trusted.
  • Drive testing and automation excellence by implementing efficient testing strategies, CI/CD pipelines, and automation practices to improve delivery speed and reliability.
  • Monitor and maintain system health by proactively monitoring system performance and stability, ensuring business-critical supervisory systems remain responsive and resilient.

About You

  • Bring a mix of technical skills, collaborative spirit, and a passion for learning.
  • Ideally, you will have hands-on development experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Apps, Power Automate, Logic Apps, and Azure Functions.
  • Familiarity with Git-based source control systems and modern development workflows is also required.
  • A foundational understanding of relational databases and data structures is essential.
  • Strong team collaboration and clear communication skills are necessary to work effectively across disciplines.
  • Experience working in Agile environments, contributing to iterative development and continuous improvement is desirable.
  • Relevant qualifications in Information Technology or related fields (e.g., Bachelor of Science in Computing or Information Systems) are preferred.
