Key Responsibilities- Develop and deliver fitness programs that cater to diverse needs and goals
- Provide expert guidance and support to members to help them achieve their fitness objectives
- Conduct fitness assessments and create personalized plans for members
- Monitor and evaluate member progress, making adjustments as needed
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless delivery of services
- Certificate III in Fitness (Fitness Trainer)
- Current First Aid Certificate
- Current CPR Certificate
- Current AusREPS Registration
The Y NSW is a profit-for-purpose organization dedicated to promoting healthy living, social impact, and empowering young people. We operate 24 recreation centers, 53 out-of-school-hours care services, and two camping locations, employing 1,500 staff across NSW.
