**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Aquatic Technical Operator to join our team at Rooty Hill RSL. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our aquatic facilities.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Reporting to the Pool Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation and maintenance of our aquatic facilities, including plant room administration and practical management.
  • Ensuring the delivery of safe, clean, and enjoyable swimming experiences for all members and guests.
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of aquatic facility maintenance programs.
  • Providing exceptional customer service and responding to member and guest inquiries.

**Requirements:**

  • 2+ years of experience as an Aquatic Technical Operator or in a related field.
  • Knowledge of relevant aquatic industry codes and regulations, including RLSSA Guidelines for Safe Pool Operations and Lifeguard responsibilities.
  • Knowledge and understanding of swimming pool chemistry, sanitation, and filtration.
  • Possession of a Pool Lifeguard Certificate, Pool Plant/Aquatic Technical Operations Certificate, and First Aid and CPR Certificates.
  • Working with Children Check.

**Desirable Qualifications:**

  • Broad industry experience.
  • Royal Life Saving Approved Workplace Supervisor.
  • Experience in using CRM platforms.
