About the Role:

  • As a team leader, provide cultural and operational leadership to a small team responding to family violence.

  • Be the first point of contact for individuals and families seeking support, complete intake and assessment, offer short-term safety planning and referrals.

You will bring:

  • Identify as Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander.

  • Experience in family violence, child and family services, or similar community roles.

  • Deep cultural knowledge, trauma-informed approach, and commitment to healing.
