Health and Safety Business Partner

At Boral, we're committed to creating a safer workplace for all. We're seeking a proactive and energetic Health & Safety Business Partner to join our national Health and Safety team. As a key member of our team, you'll support a cluster of sites across Sydney Metro within Boral's Sydney Concrete businesses.
Key responsibilities
- Provide specialist health and safety advice, support, and coaching to operational teams to enhance their collective health and safety capacity.
- Focus on understanding and managing risk profiles, verifying critical control implementation, and identifying and coordinating risk reduction, improvement, and assurance activities.
- Support the roll out and implementation of the Boral Health & Safety Strategy, including the delivery of various projects.
- Facilitate and manage incident response and subsequent analysis and learnings.
- Assist operations in preparing for, managing, and responding to HSE Regulatory Compliance inspections, audits, statutory reports, and prescribed incident notifications.
What we're looking for
- A positive and proactive approach with a willingness and commitment to partnering with and supporting operational teams.
- Experience in a similar role, ideally with strong skills in incident investigations.
- Proven experience with implementing successful organizational change within complex environments.
- Knowledge of WHS regulations, systems, processes, and Information Systems.
- Cert IV or Diploma in Work Health & Safety.
