The Project Accounting Specialist will be responsible for managing all project-related financial activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate, update and maintain reports on income, expenditure and financial transactions.
  • Create and manage ongoing project accounts.
  • Keep records of project expenses, contracts and other accounting data.
  • Review and grant funds for various projects.
  • Analyze and approve vendor invoices and contracts.
  • Oversee the transfer of funds to various vendors and suppliers.
  • Communicate project offerings, profits and progress to senior management.
  • Implement project terms.
  • Prepare tax reports and documentation of working capital.
  • Coordinate with the Accounts Receivable Manager to monitor receivable income.
  • Assist in creating project-related documents and bills.
  • Closing completed project accounts.
  • Presentation of project account details during audits.
  • Budget forecasting for ongoing projects.

The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
