About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Support Associate to join our dynamic team at Amazon. As an IT Support Associate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional end-user support, infrastructure management, and audiovisual assistance to Amazon employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promptly research, resolve, and respond to user requests, ensuring high-quality support and meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot end-user computing issues, from analysis to testing and follow-up.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to process support requests, incidents, and project activities.
  • Assist with triage and escalation of server, system, or network issues.
  • Manage accurate inventory of Amazon-owned equipment.
  • Provide hands-on and remote support for teleconferencing systems and AV presentation equipment.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of customer-facing end-user support experience within a complex and high-volume environment.
  • 2+ years of PC/laptop support, including troubleshooting, imaging, repair, deployment, and asset management experience.
  • 2+ years of Windows, Mac, or Linux operating systems support experience within a corporate setting.
  • 1+ year of experience working with server technologies, including AD, DFS, Print Services, SCCM.
  • 2+ years of networking experience, including DNS, DHCP, SSL, OSI Model, and TCP/IP, supporting and maintaining a corporate network environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or IT-related field.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 3+ years of network support and maintenance experience.
  • 3+ years of Windows, Mac, or Linux operating systems support experience within a corporate setting.
  • 3+ years of customer-facing end-user support experience within a complex and high-volume environment.
  • Support of teleconferencing systems and AV presentation equipment.
