Strategic Operations Manager


We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Strategic Operations Manager. This key role will be responsible for driving the delivery of strategic initiatives and supporting Plenti's growth through effective strategy execution.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development: Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and refine Plenti's ongoing corporate strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Project Execution: Translate strategy into actionable plans, leveraging tools and processes to assign clear ownership, timelines, and success metrics.
  • Change Management: Proactively manage resources, stakeholders, and risks to ensure high-quality project delivery, on time and within budget.
  • Performance Metrics: Partner with business leads and product managers to design and implement KPIs and OKRs aligned with strategic goals, ensuring consistent tracking and reporting.

Requirements:

  • Experience: At least 3-5 years in a strategy, change management, or professional services role, preferably in financial services or a high-growth startup environment.
  • Commercial Acumen: Commercially minded with a familiarity with cost-benefit analysis, financial modeling, and data analysis.
  • Project Management: Effective project manager with experience in delivering project outcomes in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, ability to develop and manage relationships across all levels of the business.
