We seek an experienced Property Administrator to join our team at Fletcher shopping centres.
This full-time role involves office administration, account management, and lease administration, utilising administration and customer service skills.
Key responsibilities include:
- Administration for the portfolio including accounts payable, account reconciliation, and rent collection.
- Vendor process including new vendor setup and raising work orders.
- Lease administration.
- Reporting, budgets, and ad hoc tasks support the Administration Manager.
- Customer enquiries are managed, working closely with fellow team members, tenants, and suppliers.
The ideal candidate has good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel, skill in accurate data entry, strong organisational skills, and a proactive attitude.
Previous real estate or shopping centre experience is preferred but not essential.
