Electrical Project Coordinator

This is a critical opportunity for an experienced project coordinator to join our organization and contribute to the successful delivery of projects. The ideal candidate will have a background in electrical engineering and possess strong project management and technical skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and manage project schedules using Microsoft Project (Online);
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure consistent scheduling methodology across multiple projects;
- Prepare spend curves and cash-flow forecasts during the project lifecycle;
- Assist or lead in creating comprehensive schedule submissions using the Project Success Method, resource, and cost loading as necessary;
- Regularly review critical path, cost loading, schedule content, use of relationships and lag, constraints, and milestones;
- Provide schedule analysis and metrics to key stakeholders on a regular basis.
Skillset:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent;
- 3+ years of experience in project coordination/scheduling;
- Experience in project planning/scheduling within the Electrical industry (D&C Projects);
- Proficiency with scheduling software, with a strong preference placed on MS Project, and/or Primavera P6;
- Experience with Microsoft Project Online, PWA (Project Web Application) and Power BI is an advantage;
- Certification received through Oracle, PMI or other similar organizations focused on recognition of expertise in Project Management is helpful.
