Meat Inspector Role

We are seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Trainee Meat Inspectors.
This role offers a unique opportunity to work with experienced team members and learn from them, ensuring compliance with government and industry standards in meat inspection.
The key duties of this role include:
- Inspecting animal carcasses, meat, and meat products for quality and health compliance.
- Maintaining all compliance requirements of meat inspection.
- Completing a Certificate 3 or Certificate 4 in Meat Processing (Meat Safety) within a specified timeframe.
- Collaborating with Process Partners to deliver exceptional products.

- A commitment to delivering outstanding results.
- Good communication skills.
Previous experience in related fields such as science, veterinary, or animal science is advantageous but not mandatory. Additionally, candidates with knife skills, including sharpening, boning, or slicing, or experience in meat processing, butchery, or small goods making may be viewed favorably.
