Key Responsibilities
  • Shape and qualify each bid by engaging with stakeholders to assess customer fit, capability alignment, and strategic opportunity.
  • Lead and contribute to developing compelling bid responses, articulating business benefits, solution approach, and competitive differentiators.
  • Estimate, scope, and price professional and managed services, ensuring proposals are commercially robust and aligned with customer value.
  • Present, discuss, and refine solutions with clients, translating complex technology into actionable business impact.
  • Champion new ways of working, leveraging AI and automation throughout the bid process to drive quality, speed, and improved outcomes.
  • Share knowledge and contribute to continuous improvement of bid and presales processes, supporting team growth and inclusivity.
