We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Officer to join our team at Workskil Australia Ltd. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing customer inquiries.
- Use your excellent communication skills to resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Work collaboratively with our team to achieve our goals and objectives.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, and perform other administrative tasks as required.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong administrative skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a busy and dynamic environment.
- Ability to work in a team environment and provide excellent customer service.
- Intermediate to high level administrative skills, including ability to type at a minimum of 30 wpm.
