Customer Experience Representative

About the Role:
SIXT Australia is seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Agent to join their team at Fremantle. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, creating and acting upon opportunities to make sales, and completing vehicle rentals for SIXT Australia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers face-to-face, over the phone, and via email to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Open and close rental agreements, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately and efficiently.
- Sell additional over-the-counter rental products to customers, increasing revenue and driving sales growth.
- Manage reservations and organize fleet to ensure optimal vehicle allocation and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean and safe working area, adhering to company standards and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Flexibility to work on a rotating roster during location trading hours, Monday to Sunday, including school holidays, weekends, and public holidays.
- Exceptional customer service skills and/or experience, with a strong focus on delivering a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Enthusiastic and driven individual who strives to exceed targets and contribute to the success of the team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Strong attention to detail, with a good work ethic and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Current unrestricted Provisional or Full Driver's Licence, with full working rights in Australia.
