Job Title: Legal Director

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the commercial legal affairs in Asia Pacific Region
  • Manage a team of lawyers located in various countries across the APAC region
  • Partner with senior commercial management to drive business growth
  • Analyze regional legal and corporate risk to provide strategic advice
  • Draft and negotiate major commercial contracts to support commercial activities
  • Develop innovative go-to-market strategies to reach patients in non-traditional ways
  • Coordinate activities with global counterparts to deliver repeatable and predictable legal advice

Requirements:

  • Minimum 15 years legal experience with proven leadership in law firm or publicly-traded company
  • Fluent English (written and spoken)
  • Additional qualification or experience in technology organisations and/or life sciences with a focus on digital healthcare desirable
