Behavioral Therapist

We are seeking a skilled Therapist to join our team. As a Behavioral Therapist, you will be responsible for providing individual and group therapy sessions, conducting assessments, and developing treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients to identify their mental health needs.
  • Develop personalized treatment plans that address the unique needs of each patient.
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions to patients, using evidence-based practices and techniques.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field is required.
  • Licensure as an LISW, LPCC, IMFT, LICDC, or equivalent is required.
  • Prior experience working with patients with mental health issues is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Familiarity with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems is a plus.
