Job Title: Home Health Therapist

We are seeking a full-time therapist to provide physical therapy services in a home health setting.

About the Role:
  • Evaluate patients' physical conditions, including mobility, strength, and flexibility.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to enhance functionality and alleviate pain.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients.
Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate patients' physical status through observation, interview, and assessment techniques.
  • Design and implement customized exercise programs to promote strength, flexibility, and range of motion.
  • Conduct ongoing evaluations to measure patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
  • Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist or license eligible.
  • Strong communication skills, ability to work effectively in a team environment.
