Job Title: Asset Coordinator

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing and maintaining asset registers, as well as supporting integration of new assets and asset disposal records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and update the site asset register to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Support integration of new assets, asset disposal records, and lifecycle tagging.
  • Provide data and document preparation for lifecycle planning and condition audits.
  • Assist the Maintenance Planner with inputting and reviewing PPM schedules.
  • Support internal audits by preparing required documentation and registers.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Relevant qualification or certification in Business Administration, Facilities Management, or related field.
  • Experience using Asset Management Systems (e.g. QFM, CMMS).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
